Shauna Gillott

Trainee Therapist

Hello, my name is Shauna and I am a trainee counsellor aged 29.

I am often found smiling and full of energy, I can also be found channelling my calm side during sound baths, something I consider an important part of my self-care!

People would describe me as emotionally intelligent, mature and somebody who radiates positive energy.

When I am not relaxing with my family at home I can be found at work, where I support neurodivergent individuals. I have over 7 years’ experience supporting individuals with SEN (Special educational needs) and SEMH (Social emotional mental health needs). This type of work gives me a sense of satisfaction, I really enjoy supporting others and empowering individuals.

I am a kind, genuine non-judgemental person with a warm, caring aura. I am enthusiastic about counselling and self-empowerment; I am a huge advocate for people maintaining their mental health in the same way we support our physical health.

I am passionate about supporting others and offering opportunities for individuals to speak in a non-judgemental space. I can offer a safe space where you are able to be your true self throughout our journey together.
