Welcome to my profile, my name is Natalie and I am both Counsellor and Counselling Co-Ordinator at Mindsense Therapy.

I currently work with both CBT and talking therapies to ensure you get the best quality help I can offer.

I am a warm, kind, gentle person with an approach that is tailored to your needs and at your pace.
