Christine Buckland

Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist

In addition to being an experienced Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist, I am also qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Pregnancy Massage.

I trained with the renowned Northern Institute of Massage (NIM) which was established in 1924. I have since taken additional training and undertake regular CPD (continued professional development). This ongoing training ensures I am up to date with the latest improvements in soft tissue therapies.

So what is Remedial Massage Therapy (RMT)?

RMT is a clinical approach with a precise application. RMT is used to alleviate pain, discomfort and aid rehabilitation of injured body parts. RMT can be used in a number of medical conditions including joint and mobility, posture issues and chronic pain such as fibromyalgia etc.

All therapy is tailored to the individual and a full consultation will be carried out before any treatment is given.
